Harunur Rashid Khan is currently working as Visiting Faculty (Associate Professor) at the University of Liberal Arts Bangladesh. Previously, he taught at Brac University as adjunct faculty for its MA TESOL program at BIL and also at the English Department of Southeast University and East West University for more than 20 years where he was the head of the department in both places. He studied English Literature, TESOL and Applied Linguistics in Bangladesh, Australia and New Zealand. He received intensive training in ELT materials design in England as well. His teaching usually covers linguistics and various ELT courses. He supervised many MA dissertations on various topics in ELT. He has carried out small- and large-scale projects funded by BRAC, ADB, UNICEF, NETz Bangladesh and British Council. He has published professional articles in peer-reviewed journals at home and abroad and has co-authored textbooks. Mr Khan is former president of BELTA and member of AsiaTEFL (South Korea), IATEFL (UK) & TESOL (USA).
